Our professional support can be accessed via one of the following methods

1. Call-out

Arrange a call-out by calling us on 0333 340 7000 or sending an email to info@4squareit.com.

After you describe the nature of the problem to us, we will assess the problem and advise the best way we can help you with that. By accepting our charges we can then book the convenient date and time for you. We aim for the engineer to visit/call you between 9am-12pm and 12pm-6pm during working days. We can also offer early, late or weekend slots by special arrangement.

Our standard charges are:

£70.00 per hour

In our experience most call-out jobs are fixed on-site, with smaller jobs typically being completed within one hour. Our minimum charge is ½ an hour. In certain cases (virus removal, for example), we can work most effectively at our office workshop and would therefore suggest taking computer to our office for further work. Keeping you updated on the progress, once the computer is fixed we will return the computer back to you.


2. Remote Support

Remote Support sessions can be arranged by calling us on 0333 340 7000 or by emailing us at info@4squareit.com.

In some cases, a call-out is required if the reported problem cannot be resolved remotely.
